It will be 10 years soon that you have been gone. I think about you every day and still wish this never happened. It's been a long and hard road for mommy accepting your death. Your brother misses you just as much. We think of all of the happy memories you left us with and I know in my heart that we will all be together one day... mom
Jesse - We still keep your picture on our mantle and hang your ornament on our tree each year...I was astonished that through your great sacrifice, it seemed that none of the young people learned anything...however, Kimberly recently told me that you did NOT die in vain. Because of you, she chooses her friends very carefully and is very aware of what they may or may not be doing to harm themselves or her. Thank you Jess.
Shanna and I talk about you often and she always cries. She told me that she will never find anyone to love her the way you did...she said her hair could be green and you still loved her...she feels that she will never find that pure, unconditional love again..." there was only ONE Jesse Pecco." she says.
Jess, we know that you are an angel and we know that you watch over Shanna and her beautiful son....She was in a very bad accident...she should not have been alive....no seat belt...and the car was parked beautifully between a telephone pole and a tree, as if parked by an angel...either one would have taken her from us had you not been protecting her....Thank you Jess.
Her son was born prematurely at 3 lbs. with the threat of not being able to breathe....you were there and you protected him...Thank you Jess.
We know you are with your beloved Grandpa, but we still miss you. Thank you Jesse for so many things and thank you for showing my daughter the true meaning of love. May you rest in peace.
